AIMS PROFESSIONAL FAX SERVER

AIMS Professional Fax Server is a network fax server management software automates sending, receiving, and managing your network faxes from your desktop, while integrating full faxing functionality with your existing email system.

With AIMS Profesional Fax Server, you can send outgoing faxes and receive incoming faxes without leaving your workstation. Incoming faxes can be converted to various image formats such as TIFF, PDF. A single fax can also be sent to multiple destinations and automatically assigned a specific cover page or template based on specific users and groups.

Scheduler
The scheduler allows user to define the specified date/time to release the fax message.
The schedule feature commonly use for time sensitive fax broadcast which allows the user to prepare the necessary fax message and submit to the fax gateway ahead.

Fax Unsubscription/Opt-out
You can choose to unsubscribe the fax destination with reply to the fax gateway or your own fax number.
The FaxDelist feature allows you to stop sending subsequent fax message to those after opt-out instead of removing permanently from the fax database or multiple databases.

Management & Control
The system incorporate the back-end tracking with email interface allows the user to track every single Fax delivery status.
Optional to request for Q-receipt, informing the user the status of the queue upon submission of job to the system.

Billing
Our comprehensive billing system includes sorting of users and department for multiple users’ accounts for cost accounting purpose.
Billing details includes User ID, delivery date, duration of fax message and charge amount.
